AVG ignoring cancellation requests

Has anyone else been disregarded and ignored by AVG, they offed me a free trial until the 26th of Jan, but had the cheek to take £29.99 out my account early on the 11th, after contacting them minutes later and explaining i recently lost my job because off covid and that i would like to cancel subscription have but have failed to refund me
