AVG in Passive Mode

Patricia, Open Malwarebytes and go to Settings -> Application, then scroll down to the Windows Action Center section and change Malwarebytes to "Never register with Windows Action Center".

I don't understand why my AVG is in a Passive Mode and all my protection is turned off. I have tried to turn it off, nothing works. It is saying that I have another antivirus running on my computer that it is interfering with AVG. I have Malwarebytes  running on my computer for a long time and it has have never interfered with AVG before. What is the solution to this problem?

This happened to me too, so does this mean that both programs are working?  Or did I just in fact make Malwarebytes less effective or turn of it's protection.  I know in Malwarebytes it still says I'm protected but I'm just checking.
