Avg in passive mode

my free avg update to version 17.7 is in passive mode because it says it is in conflict with avg free 2013! i did not install it avg 2013, i can not find it in the programs i have, some i can solve? i have malwarebytes and spyware bluster but they never came into conflict with avg

I request you to completely reinstall AVG Antivirus free using removal tools as mentioned in this article: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product .
NOTE: If there are no AVG program found then click on "Run Anyway" to proceed with the removal.

nothing works!
I launched avg remover but at some point it crashes, it tells me to restart, and I disappear avg icon from the desktop but it stays in the list of programs. I click to uninstall me from error. avg clear but tells me i have version avg 2016 or oldest and can not work. Now i have a serious problem. please i have to delete avg totally from my pc!
