AVG incompetence

I understand how this must be upsetting.
I have checked the case record of your contact with our technician and found that our sales team were able to locate your account.
I have sent an email with your email address associated with AVG and the license information for AVG Internet Security (3 computers) found on the account.

I have subscription to AVG. At last renewal it renewed automatically. This year AVG changed its format to the new tile display. Today when I contacted AVG because I suspected my data has been trawled, I was horrified to be told that AVG has no record of my account, my email, or my subscription, even though it downloads updates to me every day. The new tile format has no license registration number on it, even though it has my renewal date for next year listed on there. I spent over an hour just trying to establish that I hold this account. My original query never got addressed.  Can you help me please? AVG seems to think I don't exist!
