I just purchased Driver Updater, but didn't receive an activation code. I checked my email, nothing there, then went to AVG's My Subscriptions page, which lists Breach Guard but not DU.
I DIDN'T BUY BG; I bought DU!
When I tried to reach "Help," it opened a new tab, where I had to sign in again. From the "Sign-in" page, clicking "Support" opens a new tab… where I HAVE TO SIGN IN AGAIN!! I have several paid subscriptions, but I can't get any live help because I have to sign in again on every newly opened tab! Are AVG people smart enough to deter malware, if they can't even construct a usable website???
I have my doubts!
