Is this already solved? Almost two years later, my new computer, with new guest account and AVG installed has the same. Or do you want me to use a different solution?
I have this exact issue on Windows 10 Guest account, it pops up randomly and nothing related AVG was being actively ran by the user.
Sorry for the delay in replying. Here is the popup message, which I want to make stop appearing and alt tabing us out of our applications.

Hello, I am having the same issue on Window7, I have disabled all the components and the AVG Information Pop up is still showing. I would appreciated some help on the matter.
It appears only on the windows guest account.
Yup, same problem as everyone else has. AVG randomly pops that message for the guest account user on windows 7. I did find the solution though, Un-install AVG and use a different product.
I'll make it real simple for you to recreate:
1) Install AVG on your windows computer
2) log in to windows using the "guest" account
3) wait 15 seconds and you will see the message
The solution:
1) uninstall AVG and install a different anti-virus solution
Hello Jon,
I apologize for the inconvenience. Please provide the screenshot Go to menu File and select Save as to choose the format of the saved picture. JPG or PNG are usually the best. of the admin rights message to check and assist further.
We would like to understand more about the situation.

I am running AVG AntiVirus Free
My daughter has an account on the computer without administrator rights. While she is using the computer, AVG alt tabs her out of her applications and displays a popup message that says "AVG Information - you are not allowed to perform this action, please contact your administrator".
I can obviously login to my account, which has administrator rights on the computer. The problem is I have no idea what AVG is trying to do, so I don't what I actually need to do to make AVG happy and make it stop giving the popup message.
Unfortunately, we can not access the web page containing the screenshot. Please upload the screenshot directly on this thread. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Ok I will post one as soon as I can, but it might take me a few days to get you a screenshoot. The message only comes up every so often (and when it does, my daughter might X out the message before I get a chance to take a screenshot).

Are you getting this popup from AVG while performing any of windows tasks or does it appear at random instance?
