Once downloaded, please run the file and proceed with the onscreen instructions, restart the PC once.

Hi, 
I have an 'Ultimate' subscription. When I try and install the setup it shows the following error:
0xe0010058
And when I try offline standalone installer it gives the error: 0xe001003e.
Please help. 
Im using Windows 10 Pro (latest build)
