AVG installation failed

I tries to install the AVG Antivirus many times, but all failed.
The message shows: 
Error code: 0xE0010045
Description: Event exec_finished

Please help!  Thanks.

Hi Aravindh,
I got the paid Business version, shared with my organization. 
My computer is curently protected by Window Defender, was this conflict and prevented the instalation of the AVG?
