With an AVG Zen failure (second time) on my hands I got all the details of how to uninstall and reinstall but to no avail, I have tried twice today and after more than two hours just keep getting "installation failure". Sorry guys but after more than 10 years it's goodbye AVG, I don't need these hassles in my life.
