Hello Ahamed,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to run the Microsoft Visual C++ distributable file using the link provided below :

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

Once done please run the AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.  
Please click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

Hello,

Current Installation (AVG Protection Free) – Fails with the following message,
“The program can’t start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.”

When I try to reinstall I get the 0xE001D012 error,

Based on previous posts here I have tried to use the AVG removal tool, that too has failed with the following message,

“C:\Program Files (X86)\AVG\Av\avgclitx.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem. Error status 0xc000012f”

  1. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
    5. Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
    6. Follow the instructions on your screen.  
    7. Complete the installation and restart your computer.
