Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Please download and run the AVG remover tool once again. Please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it. Then try to install AVG. Thank you.
I just purchased avg. When I enter the license I get error code Error code: 0xE001003D Description: Event exec_finished
And I can't contact support cause I work in china and the phone numbers don't work and the chat support just spins–never connects and they don't have a freaking email contact.
BTW, I have uninstalled the free version I was using with the avg uninstaller and tried reinstalling
Any help would be appreciated.
