I have installed AVG several times in the past and I just purchased the option instead of the free version. It will not install on my computer and I refuse to pay your help to install it because I know how to do this. I have some kind of virus going on and thought I would go back to AVG instead of using Microsoft Essentials but after paying $69 I shouldn't have to pay someone if there is an installation issue as I have installed it before and do this type of thing all the time. I am very frustrated to have purchased a license only to not have it download and work on my computer without having to pay more.
