Avg installed for last 2years

Hello Colleen,

I apologize for the inconvenience. I see that you have AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) valid until 3/21/2020 and AVG Internet Security (1 computer) until 2/20/2019. Are you getting the trial message in AVG Internet Security or PC TuneUp? This message appears when the program is not activated with the license number.  Please provide the screenshot of the Trial expiry message to check and assist further.

Avg installed on computer which died 12 months ago, new one had Nortons installed on it but now run out, 6/3/18 $93.75 taken out of bank by AVG but I had no programe. Therefore I installed 1yr AVG and now it keeps telling me my free trial has nearly run out. Cant seem to contact company by phone to fix problem. Anyone have any ideas,
