AVG Int Sec Upgrade - Roll Back to v 19.8.3108?

Hi Andrew,

We will certainly look into this and help you.
There isn't an option to roll back to the previous version of AVG Internet Security. However, we can change few settings of the program to check with the remote access.
Please disable AVG Internet Security to confirm, if this resolves the remote connection. Click the below link to show steps to disable the program.

If the remote connection works after disabling AVG Internet Security, then please enable the program again and click the below link to enable all system rules in AVG Firewall to check with the connection again.

Hi,

I upgrade my AVG Internet Security app from V 19.8.3108 to V 20.1.3112 this morning and while it is working ok, I now cannot gain access to my Work's remote access system as their Endpoint Security has not yet been updated fornew AVG version.

So can I roll back my PC to V 19.8.3108 for now??  If so, how do I do this.

I will then upgrade again when I am advised their Endpoint has been updated.

Thank you

Hi

Thank you for the quick reply and suggestion.

As this will just be a temporary issue, I have removed AVG and used a 30 Day free trial of another product to allow me to gain access to my work's system.

Once my work have updated their Endpoint software I will reinstall AVG and continue on with my subscription as Im happy to use AVG.

Thank you…

Thank you for replying, Andrew.
We can check with AVG firewall to resolve the issue.
If the issue persists after reinstalling AVG Internet Security, please contact us and we will assist you further.
