Thank you so much for your help.I have deleted AVG and the AVG removal tool, however when I come to download the AVG I want, I have inserted my key and it has come up with the following…it is the correct key downlaoded and copied from you website email sent to me.

We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.
Please click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

Good morning
I upgraded to Win 10 months ago and it all seemed to go very smothly, however, I thought the AVG was doing its regular thing and scanning the pc, it came up that it had not done a scan for a while. I tried to check for the logs, and i had a box come up with AVG Interface has sopped working, close the program or getting windows to search for a solution. Whichever I click it shuts down. Help please, I am not sure if AVG is working at all ?
I tried to go to Support, and the same came up, so I cant send any logs, my account info, and key is also missing, it says "loadin" left it for 15 minutes and nothing had happened.
I have fully paid up program…not sure what has gone wrong. Can anyone help please.

Thanks for the speedy reply, I have tried to "RepairAVG" it doesn't actually come up with repair, it comes up with "modify" or uninstall. I clicked modify and it came up with

I have no idea what this is…which is not surprising, can you help please
