Please confirm whether you are unable to access anything in AVG Secure Browser.
Please let us know what happens if you try to uninstall AVG Secure Browser. Do you get any error messages while uninstalling AVG Secure Browser?
If yes, please share with us the screenshot of that error message, we will check and help you further.
Also please confirm what happens if you try to do a system restore and shred anything.

I installed avg internet browser along with the AVG multi device pack. Ever since I installed the internet browser the PC has become trash I try to open anything involving the internet browser and it features my computer I was able to uninstall everything besides that maybe G and obviously the main AVG program I am unable to do a damn thing when it comes to that program I can't system restore I can't shred it I can't do anything it's going to harm that program how do I remove it how do I stop this damage from happening and anybody else have the same issue?
