Please let us know whether you're experiencing this issue on Windows or MAC.
In the meantime, please restart your computer once & then attempt to scan again to check if it helps.
Reason being, few services might be unable to initiate or few process might be stuck.
I started a deep scan yesterday. at approx 4:00 pm yesterday the progress was 99%. I left the scan on overnight and it still has not resolved to 100%. How to I get it resolved?
