I am sorry for the late reply, there is not much that a screenshot will do, if I right click on the avg icon in the notification area and then choose to temporarely disable all of avg protection, then it crashes, becomes slow and i cannot manage to use the same method to enable the protection again. I will have to go manually to each of the shields to disable and enable them, becuase they show as enable when everything is disabled.
At the moment i had uninstall avg becuase this problem is way too annoying, kid of regreting to have paid again for my subscription…

This problem i have had since last year, in all of the windows 10 devices.
Whenever i turn the protectio off (either from the main app screen or the desktop bar) it stop working properly, I can never turn it back on even if all the shields appear to be on in the home screen of avg, but the icon and the main app screen keeps telling me the shields are off.
I went and disable and enable again each of the shields and at the end the screen showed to be all on, but then it crashed and i had to force stop it.
I am up to date in the app version.
As i said is been a whole year like this.
