We would like to know about the version of AVG Internet Security installed on your PC.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>About" to know about the version.

I have sent numerous complaints back to AVG about my problem. The Email Shell will not allow my QuickBook Desktop Pro to send emails (Invoices to customers). It stops it every time. But if I go into the AVG program and TURN OFF the Email Shell my QuickBooks can send any/all emails with no problems. I should also mention that I have also identified this problem to INTUIT, QuickBooks several times. Naturally, there hasn't been any kind of response/question/solution… Anybody familiar with this situation???
