I tried to repair the program but this was unsuccesful so uninstalled AVG from my computer and went into AVG Download Center where I inserted the key number from my original invoice but this is not recognised.I have checked this number for accuracy.

I am having to contact you from another computer as I cannot contact you direct from mine.It is all very well telling me to repair my AVG Internet Security but how do I go about it?I require some detailed instruction.Do I re-install?If so do I require a number to complete the installation?Please be more specific I am a novice when it come to computer problems so require extensive hand holkding.

If the issue persists, please uninstall AVG from the your computer control panel and reinstall Download Free Antivirus Software for PC | AVG Virus Protection to fix the issue.
