Immediately after installing the AVG Internet Security update 20.4.3125 (build 20.4.5312.578) dated 06/03/2020, the problem started:
after the start of the µTorrent program, the computer crashes and restarts. When AVG Internet Security is disabled, µTorrent operation is normal.
Minidump shows:

The tcpip.sys driver version 6.1.7601.24498 07/13/2019. For several months, nothing new was installed on the computer, except for the AVG Internet Security update. Previous versions of AVG Internet Security had no problems. Reinstalling the latest version of AVG Internet Security did not fix the problem.
