The error is that Pulse doesn't find any available AV. This is due to Pulse doesn't know about new AVG Internet Security version.
I suggest you to advice Pulse Team about your new version.

Since last upgrade of AVG Internet Security to version 20.X, systems that use VPN via Pulse Secure don't allow the connection. With version 19.X there were no problems.
How can it solve it if it is independent of their systems?
