AVG Internet security 2014 showing that web browsing and emails working but both are enabled. How do I fix this?

Nancy, In order to analyze it please provide AVG expert with diagnostic output using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe).

Today after an AVG update and restart my AVG Internet Security 2014 now shows "You are not fully protected!";  that  web browsing is not active and that Email not fully functional. But when I check both these items they are both fully enabled…?? How do I fix this problem??
