Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Do you have any older version of AVG installed on your computer? Or did you use any trial or a free version of AVG before purchasing a paid license? If so, is it still installed on your computer?

I am trying to download the new subscription, but keep getting this message "Entry point not found".  What does this mean?
