My Windows Outlook is still frozen and not receiving e-mails. However, I can go into Internet Explorer and receive Outlook emails there.

Yesterday, my computer Outlook e-mail crashed during the installation process of AVG Internet Security 2015. I purchased this on automatic renewal in November 2014 and noticed it had not been updated or installed. So, now I my computer does not show anything received yesterday or today in Outlook and Windows Support informed me that AVG crashed my system during the installation process. Hesitant to even try to reinstall 2015. Anyone have a solution?
