Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
This is a known issue and the popup that appears as AVG LICENSE ERROR is a bug with the AVG program.
To fix this popup issue and also the error 0xC0070643, description Event exec_finished we have to run our AVG remover tool once and then try installing AVG Internet security.
Today morning AVG INTERNET SECURITY 2015 reported not to recognize the license number and asked to introduce it again, an so I did, once and again; at last I was asked to re-install the program, which I did, with no success; the instalation program reported "instalation failed" error code 0xC0070643, decription Event exec_finished. I am now, and have been since this morning without virus protection otneh than Windows defender which has been reporting detection of malware (?!?!). Can somebody help, please?

2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
