Hi, I purchased the firewall protection this morning.  When I went to the setting, it doesn't show my AVG firewall protection is up and running.  ??

Please help.

I tried to reinstall my Avg antivirus and Avg Internet security 2015 but I couldn't. I inserted the licence numbers the Avg customer service sent me to the mail mgmuiesan@hotmail.com, but it doesn't work The reference number of my order is 37-3159469.
