It seems that you have installed 2016 version, we have recently upgraded the version so I suggest you reinstall AVG Internet Security Unlimited with the latest version.

AVG Internet Security 2016 - Firewall blocks USB printing (via Router IP address)
I have a TP-Link TL-WDR3600 router. USB printing is setup to go via the router on 192.168.0.1
I have recently installed AVG IS 2016. The ability to print has stopped. Disabling the Firewall allows the print job to go through. I want to be able to have AVG firewall on and the printer to work.
How do I add the IP address to a whitelist? Also is this all I would need to do enable the printer to work via AVG firewall.

getting annoyed with the product. have installed AVG IS 2016 again. Tried to allow the packet rule for the USB printer (via Router) on 192.168.0.1… still unable to print. Disabling the firewall allows the printer to print.
giving up, and disabling AVG firewall, and using the standard windows firewall
