Hi, I have just renewed AVG Internet Security this October 2016. There is a recurring problem with the firewall which is disabled every time I log off. I can reinstall ok which resets the firewall but I don't want to go through this time consuming process every morning. How can this be repaired? Please note I have limited IT knowledge so please explain in easy to understand terms.
Many thanks
Steve
Hi, the firewall is disabled every time I shut down the laptop - at least when I log on again the next morning it is disabled and I have to downlaod AVG again to enable the fireall.

Hello Steve,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused but could you please confirm whether the AVG Firewall is disabled whenever you turn on your PC or when you turn off the PC?
Now resolved, thank you.
We are sorry to know that the repair didn't help.
It is not necessary to perform repair of AVG again. We can go ahead with the reinstallation of AVG program once by using AVG remover tool.
