Avg Internet security 2017-unlimited device-how to activate another pc?

Dear support, 

I have completly uninstall the old version and reinstall the new version and also reset my network connection as your advice. This is for the 2nd PC. More questions as the following ; 

1.  Can i use the same email and password which i used for the 1st PC to activate the 2nd PC?
2.  Do I need to do this whole process on my 1st PC? ( my 1st PC is now activated OK with my existing password and the original email)

Please just give me the answers for these above 2 questions, nothing els.

We realize the inconvenience that you are experienced.
Let us work together and activate your AVG product on second computer.
The instructions for adding other devices using "+" symbol will no longer work or available as we have discontinued "Zen" platform.
Earlier, Zen platform was available where you can find option to add other devices and manage it.
However, with the latest version, you can use AVG my account credentials on all compatible devices and activate the subscription.
May I know what is the message that is displayed on AVG program installed on your 2nd PC?
Does it say as AVG Antivirus free installed even after activation?

I bought this "Avg Internet security 2017-unlimited device" . I have install it to another PC. How do I activate another PC. I did try to use my email and the same password that I used for the first PC and it did not work. I followed the instruction on the booklet - finding the "+" sign but i could not find it. 

Can someone help, please.

I really appreciate your effort in trying to resolve this issue. You can find your answers below:
-You have to use AVG MyAccount credential (email address and password, which you have used on your first computer) to activate AVG Internet Security on your 2nd computer.
-If your AVG Internet Security is working fine, then you don't have to do any troubleshooting steps on your 1st computer.

It appeared that the password is invalid. This is because I have put the email and password that I have used for the first computer. I think.

Sorry, please check your email inbox now, if you didn't get the password reset link check your spam and junk folders. This invalid error will come if you incorrectly enter your AVG My account credentials. Please visit this web page (https://myaccount.avg.com/en-us/my-account-login) and try logging into your AVG my account and see if that works. And if you fail to login please reset your AVG my account password with the link that you have received on your email and then activate your AVG Internet Security product.

Hi,

I can not see any link on my email. Another thing, I have already subcribed with my email and password on my first computer. I have problem to activate my second computer. I did tried to activate it by using my email and password which I used for the first computer.

What should I do now, Do I need to disregard my existing password which I used it for my first computer?

Hi Sunee,

I have sent you the password reset link to your email address. In case if you don't remember your password please reset the password and try to activate the product. Refer this article to activate your subscription.
