I understand that AVG program downgraded to free version after a recent update. I see from your record that you have an active subscription for AVG Internet Security valid till 6/6/2018. Please open AVG Internet Security installed on your computer, click on My AVG->My Subscription. From here please enter your license number to activate AVG Internet Security. If you see that you have logged in to your AVG MyAccount, please logout from your account and then you will get an option to enter your license number.

On May 27, 2017, I purchased a renewal (12 month) of AVG Internet Security. Windows 10 did an update a few days ago, and now my AVG has gone to a Free trial. What happened to my renewal? I still have 4 months left in it and I am not fully covered. What can I do?
