Could you let me have a time frame. Tomorrow ot will be 1 week since last intervention. Is it one time issue or all avg users are encunting same problem. kindly put on fast track please.

no solution found. i have been requested to conatct my internet provider. my connection is working right. i do not know wht to explained. this will be 1 month since i has this problem. it is the first time that i'm having this sort of thing from avg pack since using it for the past 5 years.
i'm not a techician and what i guessing there is no solution available.

Still not working. when using vpn and changing location then it update.
as per last e-mail, it seems that nothing can be done and must use Vpn program. Will it be free of charge as till date i have already purchase AVG internet security and AVG Pc tune up. thanks for a quick response.
Kindly note that step to erase effected and when installing avg internet security, same message appear.

Issue has not been resolved yet. as from sunday tech they will revert back as AVG is not updating when same is installed. However no e-mail received yet. kindly advise on way forward.

Please try to install AVG using Offline installer https://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Internet_Security_x64_1825.exe and check the status.
Also, if you have any other security programs, please uninstall it.
If the issue persists, let me know to escalate further.
Hi, kindly note that issue not yet solve. no connection error and my internet working propertly and all program are being updated withpout failed. it will be one month in a few days and issue not yet solved. no one revert since 13.04.18.

He has removed and cleared AVG as requested in this post and many others and cannot re-install the latest version of AVG free (18.2.3060). See below:
According to the log, the file prod-pgm.vpx was successfully downloaded but failed verification.
No connection issue to report.
