I have a problem. I have purchased serial number for 2 years for AVG 2019 internet security on website kinguin.net and after trying to activate it I have got this problem all the time:


I tried reinstall AVG and asked a guy from kinguin and he said to me that I should use other browser to activate my subscription and delete cookies and cache data… ( i have done what he said - im very stupid to do it … cuz i know it wont work) But the thing is that I DONT USE WEB BROWSER to activate my serial as Im doing it through AVG software which is installed on my windows 10.

Any ideas how to resolve this ?

What I do in steps is:
1, open avg
2. ggo My subscription
3. activate
4. fill all info like name surname bla bla
5. I've got error saying "Something went wrong …" and thats it ? how nice thanks for saying me whats the problem and now I cant use my AVG key.
