I canceled my AVG Internet Security (60-day Trial) and was told that it was OK with order number
15941163838. I was sent an email with the cancellation order number, however I keep on getting that I must cancel before January 21, 2019 to stop the billing to my account?

How can customer service see that I am canceled?
