I use Windows 10, AVG Intrernet Security, my ID is # (removed), bought 19.01.2018 via PayPal € 51.99.
The ABO I bought is not visible on my online AVG account and therefore I cannot update, upgrade or cancel it.
I ask for an explanation and solution to this problem.
