John, I understand how difficult this is for you. The AVG programs you have purchased are multi device products which means, it can be installed in unlimited windows and android devices.
However, for mac, it will not install any paid version and will install only free subscription.
If you have any windows or android phone, you can use this subscription of AVG Internet Security Unlimited and AVG TuneUp Unlimited.
If you do not have any other devices like Windows computer or android phone, then you can request for refund for this recent renewals…
Hi Today is 14th February 09.00 hrs I have had no replies from AVG to my recent messages regarding the refund of £71.19 Internet Security product I purchased on 17th January and which I cancelled . Please advise situation. John Sherman

Karthikeyan I acknowledge your reply to my problem. I am even more confused. I assume that you are correct that I can only install the free editions of AVG Internet Security and Tune-up unlimited. Why did Avg then charge me £71.19 for AVG internet security on 17 January for 2 years to February 2020 and For Tune-up unlimited £55.99 also on 17 January for 2 years to 10th September 2020. I have activation codes for both of these products but cannot update my existing products. Are you telling me that I have been paying money to AVG over several years for nothing. Avg has taken my money for providing me with FREE products. I need someone to explain this fully and in detail. No doubt AVG has records of my telephone conversation with a member of your staff who sold me these on 17th January this year. I will need to be refunded the full amount of what I paid and I will look for compensation for being missed products . JS
Hi, I think that I am being very patient, but I still cannot understand why the refund for the Tune-up of £55.99 has been made but the Internet security of £71.19 has not. When I was told by Alok that these were not compatible with my Apple Mac I asked for both products to be cancelled. I would have thought that this would have been easy to do. This would have saved all this stress for me and our protracted correspondence… I am most dissappointed with AVG towards a very long time customer.
