I have paid for AVG Internet Security and AVG Tuneup but cannot get either of the licence keys to work. Absolute waste of money. This is the second year this has happened. There won't be a third.

Thank you for the information. Please be informed that AVG license number is case sensitive and includes hyphen between each cluster. If you are manually typing the license number, there is a chance of typo. I request you to copy and paste ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-copy-and-paste ) the license number to avoid such error.
If the issue persist, I have sent you an email instruction to get connected with our technical support team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them and you should be able to resolve your issue.
