AVG Internet Security block the download of whatsapp files

I have avg antivirus free and when I tried to download files from WhatsApp, the download failed, however when I disable my antivirus the download is successful, already tried to check whether it's on the blocked app list - it's not, what should I do to solve this problem?

Please let us know the operating system of the device in which you're experiencing the issue & what happens exactly while downloading files from Whatsapp. Do you receive any message from AVG?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
