I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
For this issue, it is not necessary to add a packet rule or IP address to AVG Firewall.
Please try adding the Google Play music website to AVG's exclusion list by following the steps as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields and check whether you are able to upload the files.

Hi I've been having issues with Google Music and trying to upload my files to the Google Play Music is no longer available site. It seems the AVG firewall is blocking the connection and the only way to upload my file sis to disable AVG. From the bits of info I've found online I can navigate my way to the Packet Rules page in AVG Internet Security 2017 but I have no idea what protocol or what IP address I should use for the Google music site.

Does anyone know this info?
