Getting fed up with AVG Internet Security blocking useful notifications such as Snipping Tool and windows phone app notifications. Uninstalling AVG causes these notifications to come back, and there is no option in the notification option to disable AVG in this aspect. Nor does adding either program as an exception work.

Disabling AVG Protection entirely made no change in getting notifications back. I doubled checked this by uninstalling then restarting avg again. And my issue was solved by the uninstallation of AVG internet security.
I'd prefer to keep AVG but I'd also really like to have these notifications.

We request you to disable AVG completly and check, also we suggest you to later check by disabliing the indvidual shield to find which particular shield causes this issue.
