Please be informed that this Community forum basically deals with 'home' version of AVG products. Furthermore the "Business products" area has now been removed from the 'Community topics' list @ the top LHS of this page. Finally please be informed that the support for "Business products" is not now available within this Community.

Hi All,

We have a number of clients that run AVG Business Internet Security, some of our clients can have 20 or more PCs and if we do not renew the license in time I have to uninstall and reinstall the program which can sometimes take over an hour if I' am doing a large number for PCs. The reason I need to uninstall and reinstall is when I open AVG to renew, I get a blank grey screen and nothing else. Are there any fixes and solutions to this?
