AVG Internet Security Business Edition Turns Off My Internet

I use the "AVG Internet Security Business Edition" software on my Windows Server 2022. Every time I turn on the "Hacker Protection" module within the AVG program, my Internet on my Windows Server 2022 and connected workstations no longer works. I've spoken to AVG regarding this, and unfortunately this AVG program for my server does NOT have any enhanced firewall settings in the software. The AVG IT person told me that the firewall settings need to be made in Microsoft to allow the internet on my Windows Server to keep working. Does anyone know what type of setting I need to create in the Windows Defender firewall to correct this problem? Thank you.

As of today 10/22/24 I still have not received any response back from the business support for my issue regarding the "Hacker Protection" module within the AVG Internet Security Business Edition software.  I continue to have a problem with your software and would appreciate your assistance as soon as possible.  I have contacted Microsoft to assist, and they are pointing me back to AVG to get the answer and help I need.  Bottom line, they said "You can consult AVG support team and confirm which protocol and ports should be allowed on the server."  I need to set up my firewall, but I need the protocol and ports information from AVG to complete this project.  Please help me!  My AVG account is (email address removed).
