I contacted AVG in October to cancel Internet Security Subscription. Renewal date was 16/Nov/24 although you took the subscription 12/Oct/24. Your reply form stated - You’ve successfully unsubscribed from AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device). This means you’ve disabled auto-billing, and we’ll no longer bill you for this subscription. As the Expiration date was 16 November 2025, I was expecting a full refund and ask why I have not received a refund for subscription taken for period ending 16 Nov 25.
