AVG internet security cannot download the PRO for Android

I have been patient , I followed the above instructions and the Android PRO still Has NOT updated to any device,  I bought a multi  year Internet UNLIMITED License on the basis I had the unlimited devices.  I will demand full refund in two days and cancel the license if you do not fulfil this key term of the license.  Very poor!

Please follow the steps below to install and activate the AVG Anti Virus on your mobile.
1. Uninstall any AVG apps installed on your device. To uninstall navigate to the below mentioned location.
Device Menu>Settings>Apps/Application Manager>AVG Antivirus>Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google Play Store on your device.
4. Search for AVG Anti Virus.
5. Locate and install the Free version of the apps.
6. Now open the installed apps.
7. Tap on drawer(3 lines) on top-left of the app and select Login option.
8. Enter your My Account email address and password.
Your app will automatically upgrade to PRO version. Note that it takes up to 24 hours to upgrade to PRO version.
I request you to be patient for a day and check whether it upgrades to PRO.

The email address under which your AVG subscription is registered and the email address you used to login into Google play store must be same.

Hi for the automatic update to Android pro do the emails of my AVG account and google play store have to match?

It is strange that you have not been able to activate the Pro version of AVG Anti Virus on your device. I would suggest you to contact our dedicated android support team for further help.

Open AVG Anti-virus app.
Tap on drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.
