AVG Internet Security causing Conflict in Windows 11Pro

Dear Mr Sayed.

Thanks for your prompt response. I followed your instructions and regretably the MS Edge page freezes again - Not Responding
Pleasae note the following:

  1. The machines which AVG installed on are DELL and Lenovo.
  2. The AVG subscription package comes with AVG internet Security, AVG VPN, AVG Tune Up and AVG Tracker. In following the instructions above, I uninstalled all AVG products, even deleting the AVG directory from the program files and user profile .
  3. Google Chrome browser works Ok - no issue.
  4. All machine drivers are up to date including Windows updates.
I would appreciate any further comments/advise. Many thanks

I have AVG Internet Security for multiple devices. The product has been installed on 3 laptops operating on Windows 11 Pro. The issue is that the MSEDge browser freezes on all three machines. I contacted Microsoft who changed the user profile and it made no difference. I have tried to re-install a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro and made no difference. They asked me to re-image the machine with new version of Windows without AVG. So far MS Edge has not frozen. Anyone has experience this kind of problem?
