AVG Internet Security Code not detected

Hi there, 
I have valid AVG Internet Security for 1 year since Oct. 2015 running well on windows 8. But since 2 days it say after starting the computer, that the security code can not be detected. Then I get the option to reenter the code. I enter the code which is shown as valid code but then the process stops and I get the option to repair or to deinstall. Repair ends in - not possible message- and when I select deinstall it stops the proccess just before finishing. Then it say to ask for support. I have valid code but all internet security is down.

May I know from when you started facing this issue?
Did you upgrade your OS to Windows 10 recently?
We also request you to completely reinstall AVG Internet Security using AVG remover tool.

2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
