AVG internet security doesn't recognize my license number

18th  June my subscription of AVG internet security was prolonged. Since then my license number isn't recognized (but it indicates that it's valid) . Tried to do a install but installation stops and receive fault code 0xC0070643. Tried to do an deinstallation but receive the same error code 0xC0070643 (with the message that the avg firewall can't be stopped, even-though I have administrator rights).

So I have payed for an other year but I'm stucked and can't use AVG

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We would request you to run the AVG remover tool to remove all the remnants of the failed installation as described below. After you run the remover tool successfully, please download and install AVG using offline installation file based on your OS ( 32 bit or 64 bit).
To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select "AVG Protection" and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG. Once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C:\ and remove it.

Glad to know that your AVG Internet security program working fine after reinstalling.
Sorry to know the AVG PC tuneup program isn't responding. Please restart your PC and check whether it is working and also if you get any message when you try to open PC tuneup please do provide the message.
If nothing happens then please go ahead for the reinstallation of AVG PC tuneup using the remover tool.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

I installed avg pc tuneup again and avg pc tuneup works fine again.
