Please accept my apologies with regards to the difficulties caused with installing AVG Internet Security. I would request you to disable Windows Defender and try to install AVG. Did you use a free/trial version of AVG after reinstalling Windows 10 and before trying to install paid version?

I am trying to install AVG Internet Security having had my Windows 10 reinstalled (ISO file) it has installed Tune up. Do I have to switch off anything of Microsoft Defence etc?
