AVG Internet Security - Firewall not starting

I am getting the following error message on the AVG Internet Secuirty GUI -  "Firewall: Firewall cannot start because an error has occurred in communication with a driver. Please contact AVG technical support".
​I am using WIndows 10 - updated in November and all ok.  I recently took advantage of the one-off PC Tune-Up and it is since this has timed out that I am having this problem. 
​Initially avgui.exe would not start because it said msvcr110.dll was missing.  I've followed MS help and to replace that .dll and AVG is now launching ok.  Computer, Web, Identity and Email are all showing green and "protected" but Firewall is red and "ERROR".
​Any help you can give to sort this would be much appreciated.
