I previously had subscription for Multi Device product to 25/10/23. As I received reminders re renewal I spoke to an agent in Sept 2023 and switched to a subscription for 1 Device as it was cheaper. I now find my new subscription is to 20/9/2024 and not 25/10/2024. I know it's only a month but it seems I have paid for 12 months but only receiving 11 months cover. How can this be sorted?
